The family owned and operated Casa Anna Cheese Store of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin
offers over 130 different artisan and specialty cheeses. Owners Lewis and Cindy
Blank opened the store in 1999 with a vision to bring fresh Wisconsin cheeses and
homemade pizzas to the local community. Casa Anna is located in the historic Park
Cheese building, and carries all varieties of Park Cheese including their award
winning Provolone. Casa Anna thrives on the motto "It's all about the cheese" and
takes great pride in supporting local Wisconsin cheese makers. Casa Anna is located
in the heart of cheese country and is often visited by tourists from around the
country and raved about by the locals for it's authentic Wisconsin products.

Casa Anna carries a wide variety of cheeses sure to please any cheese lover. Here
you can find real Wisconsin Cheddar and Cheese Curds along with Park Cheese's
award winning Provolone. Casa Anna also carries various cheese spreads and dozens
of artisan cheeses such as White Cheddar Cranberry and True Blue Cheddar. You will
also find a wide selection of imported cheeses such as Peccorino Romano and
Parmesan Reggino. In addition to the wide cheese selection you can also pick up a
custom made take-n-bake pizza made with the freshest ingredients and real
Wisconsin cheeses.
